THOUGHT ROCKS

Thought Rocks is going back to its roots. The original idea of 'recycle me'. Allowing people, particularly women 
to increase their job fluidity, to try new skills in a corporate environment, and not be put in a box. Work should be fun, it should allow us to grow, and it should be a split between achieving for the goal of or the organisation and chivying our own individuals goals.

I believe that the new tooling and technologies can aid this fluidity of roles. We aim to create a new kind of organisation, a new kind of workplace. Where roles are based on overall outcomes not set responsibilities and defined experience. Where people can learn from each other, enhancing their knowledge and skills and collaborating with each other and technology to a common goal.

There does need to be a goal, an objective. But we can iterate.

The initial goal is to fund the transition to new energy. Obviously not by ourselves. But to be a part of this change. TO To start small, to source and create creative funding to incentivise and enable the changes needed. It's a big aim. Together, in small steps, we can get there.
